FAQs About this Gift

Can I change the wording?

The heading In Loving Memory of and the verse Forever in our hearts every Christmas are part of the design. You choose the name, life years, font and colour.

How long can the name be?

Up to 14 characters fits beautifully. Longer names are sized down to fit, so shorter is best. We print exactly what you type, so please check the spelling.

When should I order for Christmas?

As early as you can. Each ornament is made to order, and Christmas is our busiest time of year. See our last order dates in the listing photos.
